About the Role:
As a member of the Solutions Architecture team at Validere, you will play a key role in shaping how we bring our product to market and engage with customers throughout the sales cycle. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product, you will support high impact presales efforts, craft compelling narratives, and help translate customer needs into clear, value driven solutions.
Leveraging a strong understanding of our platform and industry, you will develop customer facing materials, support and deliver presentations and demos, and help refine our go-to-market messaging. You will also play an important role in capturing insights from customer interactions and feeding them back into product and commercial strategy.

Drive Go-To-Market Strategy & Sales Enablement: Partner closely with Sales leadership to shape and execute go-to-market strategies, refine messaging, and equip the team with the tools, content, and insights needed to win in the market.
Support High Impact Presales Engagements: Collaborate with Sales on key opportunities by helping structure narratives, preparing tailored materials, and supporting customer conversations to clearly articulate Validere’s value.
Build Compelling Customer-Facing Content: Own and develop high-quality external materials — including pitch decks, case studies, solution briefs, and demo narratives — that communicate value to both business and technical stakeholders.
Deliver Engaging Presentations & Demos: Support and occasionally lead product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations that connect Validere’s capabilities to real customer challenges and business outcomes.
Translate Market Needs into Clear Messaging: Synthesize customer conversations, industry trends, and product capabilities into clear, differentiated messaging that resonates with target buyers.
Represent Validere Externally: Support webinars, events, and customer presentations to strengthen Validere’s market presence and communicate our value proposition.
Bridge Customer Insights with Product & Marketing: Work cross-functionally to share feedback from prospects and customers, helping shape product direction, positioning, and marketing strategy.
Develop Strong Product & Domain Understanding: Build a solid understanding of Validere’s platform, core workflows, and industry context to effectively support messaging, demos, and customer conversations.
What you’ll bring along:
Strong storytelling and communication skills: You can translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives and materials that resonate with different audiences.
Experience supporting sales or go-to-market efforts: Background in Sales Enablement, GTM Strategy, Solutions Consulting, Product Marketing, or a similar role supporting customer acquisition.
Customer-facing confidence: Comfort participating in client conversations, presentations, and demos, with the ability to build credibility with both business and semi-technical stakeholders.
Content creation and messaging skills: Experience developing external-facing materials such as pitch decks, case studies, or product collateral.
Commercial and strategic mindset: You understand how products create value for customers and can align messaging to business outcomes.
Comfort working with data: Familiarity with tools like Excel and basic SQL, with the ability to work with and interpret structured data to support analyses and storytelling.
Collaborative and cross-functional approach: Experience working with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to drive aligned outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or another quantitative field (e.g., economics, math, statistics, etc.)
Preferred: 2–4 years of experience in roles such as:
Sales Enablement
Product Marketing
Solutions Consulting
Business / Data Analytics (customer-facing)
GTM Strategy or Revenue Operations
