Role Overview
The Senior Manager, Field Marketing, EMEA is an experienced people leader responsible for designing the EMEA field marketing strategy that support sales and company objectives across EMEA. This role focuses primarily on ensuring the effecting planning, execution and reporting of field marketing activities, including account-based programs, regional campaigns and events by the field marketing managers. This role oversees the field marketing budget to deliver ROI.
Reporting into the Senior Director, EMEA Marketing the role partners closely with other EMEA marketing leaders, regional sales leaders and corporate marketing teams to deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
Field Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute EMEA field marketing plans aligned to GTM priorities, Regional Demand Centre campaigns, regional priorities, and sales targets
Own regional execution of integrated field campaigns, including ABM, events, virtual programs, and sales-driven initiatives
Adapt global programs to meet regional market needs while maintaining brand and messaging consistency
Sales Alignment & Stakeholder Management
Act as a senior marketing partner to regional and local sales leadership
Collaborate with sales to identify priority accounts, territories, and opportunities for field programs
Establish strong operating cadence with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other functional stakeholders
Budget Ownership & Performance Reporting
Own and manage the EMEA field marketing budget
Track performance against KPIs related to awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue contribution
Provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to marketing and sales leadership
Confident in sharing the value that marketing brings to the organisation through deep data analysis and impact sharing at QBRs
Cross-Regional & Global Collaboration
Work closely with Regional Demand centre, product marketing, integrated marketing and operations teams to ensure integrated execution
Represent EMEA field marketing requirements in cross-functional forums and planning sessions
Share best practices with peer regions (AMER, LATAM, APCJ)
Background & Experience
8+ years’ experience in B2B field marketing, ideally within technology or SaaS
Experienced team manager demonstrating ability to mentor and motivate a dispersed team
Demonstrated experience partnering with regional sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue outcomes
Proven ownership of regional marketing programs from planning through execution and reporting
Key Skills
Strong field marketing and campaign orchestration expertise
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Advanced budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis capability
Experience with CRM and marketing operations tools (e.g., SFDC, Tableau, Allocadia)
Ability to operate autonomously while influencing across a matrixed organisation
Highly adaptable and results-driven in fast-moving environments
Ability to travel as required to support the field marketing team
