Role Overview

As an Sr Enterprise Architect, you will contribute to the strategy, design, and evolution of our enterprise business systems architecture spanning GTM, Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, Customer Experience, and Corporate IT domains. You will work on end-to-end architecture across ERP, HCM, ITSM, CX platforms, Custom applications, M&A and other integrated business platforms—ensuring operational excellence, data integrity, process automation, and alignment with business objectives while enabling scalable growth and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the enterprise architecture roadmap for systems, including ERP, HCM, ITSM , procurement platforms, Custom Apps and corporate productivity suites.

  • Design integration architecture patterns for systems, including API-first design, event-driven architecture, and real-time data synchronization scenarios across finance, HR, and operational systems.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, GTM, Finance, HR, Legal, Customer Experience, IT Operations, and Procurement teams to translate business requirements into scalable, integrated solutions that drive operational efficiency and data-driven decision making.

  • Support the development of architectural standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for business process automation, workflow orchestration, data governance, and system integration patterns.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-powered business process automation, intelligent document processing, advanced analytics platforms, customer engagement platforms, predictive analytics, and low-code/no-code solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Participate in vendor assessments, build vs. buy decisions, and technology rationalization initiatives for applications, with a focus on total cost of ownership and business value alignment.

  • Guide cross-functional delivery teams on complex implementations, including Quote-to-Cash, Customer Journey Management, Procure-to-Pay, Hire-to-Retire, and Record-to-Report processes.

  • Support modernization initiatives, including ERP upgrades, legacy system replacements, M&A system integration, and business process reengineering efforts.

  • Define data architecture and governance strategies for financial data, employee data, vendor master data, and cross-functional reporting requirements, ensuring compliance with SOX, GDPR, and other regulatory frameworks.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of enterprise architecture experience with deep focus on business applications, including: GTM, Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal Tech, or IT Service Management domains.

  • Deep expertise in major enterprise business platforms, including ERP systems (Oracle EBS & Fusion), HCM systems, ITSM platforms and CRM.

  • Strong understanding of core business processes, including Financial Planning & Analysis, General Ledger & Close, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Revenue Operations, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Talent Management, IT Service Delivery, and Procurement Operations.

  • Proven experience with integration platforms (Dell Boomi), iPaaS solutions, API management, and enterprise service bus architectures.

  • Demonstrated expertise in data architecture, including master data management, data warehousing, business intelligence platforms (Tableau), and analytics strategies.

  • Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements, including SOX controls, GDPR, SOC 2, financial reporting standards, and HR data privacy regulations.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across Finance, HR, Legal, and IT organizations.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to business executives and translate business requirements into architectural solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives, including cloud ERP implementations, modernization programs, or end-to-end business process automation.

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML applications, including intelligent document processing, predictive lead scoring, sales forecasting, predictive analytics for financial planning, chatbots for service delivery, and automated compliance monitoring.

  • Background in M&A systems integration, including carve-out strategies, system consolidation approaches, enablement of GTM teams, and data migration methodologies.

  • Experience with financial close automation, revenue recognition systems, subscription billing platforms, and quote-to-cash solution architecture.

  • Knowledge of modern ERP architecture, employee experience platforms, learning management systems, talent marketplace solutions, CRM platforms and CX systems.

  • Understanding of IT Asset Management, Software Asset Management, IT Financial Management (FinOps), and license optimization strategies.

The annual base pay for this position is: $194,100.00 - $291,200.00
