About Poised
Poised is an early-stage startup on a mission to improve spoken communication in our remote working world. We are building an AI-powered communication coach and platform that can provide real-time and post meeting feedback. In the process we hope to democratize the language for career mobility, improve diversity and inclusion, and bring more understanding and compassion to professionals.

About you
We are looking for a Research Scientist with the ability to independently develop and drive original research programs.
Work Experience
PhD in Machine Learning, NLP, Speech, or equivalent experience.
A strong record of peer reviewed publication
History of extracting value from large disconnected datasets that can be added to the product.
Experience with signal processing is preferred but not required.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design and develop an end to end product deployment
Solve Speech and Text by doing researc.
Document, patent and/or publish significant experimental findings
Become a founding team member and set culture in the organization
