⭐ About you

We are looking for a Backend/ Full-Stack engineer who enjoys a fast-paced work environment and iterating quickly on product and infrastructure. You will have an ever-evolving set of problems and requirements that will need solutions that do not exist today. You are a solutions-thinker who knows how to hack together MVPs and understands what’s needed to quickly deliver them to production.

Work Experience

Expertise in at-least one of backend or system infrastructure engineering, and motivation to grow in other areas.

Ability to deliver solutions to high level problems & requirements and lead the development and delivery of the features.

A systems thinker who can easily recognize patterns to develop frameworks and solutions to solve the complex needs.

Experience with engineering automation, infrastructure-as-code, container technologies (Docker), and proficiency in AWS or other cloud providers (ideally experience with DynamoDB, ECS, AppSync, Lambda, CloudFormation).

2+ years of work experience.

What You Will Do

Work on the core engineering product of Poised building and delivering end-to-end features that would include frontend, backend, and system-level audio processing work.

Establish a world-class DevOps culture which includes build automation, system testing, and site-reliability.

Work closely with design and product on research, ideation, prototyping, and testing features that delight users and drive growth for Poised.

Work closely with ML engineers to source requirements and deliver on data platform and data infrastructure needs.

Become a founding team member and set culture in the organization.
