Job Description:
About Uniphore
Uniphore is one of the fastest-growing Enterprise GenAI companies—built-for-scale and designed for the enterprise. We drive business outcomes across multiple industry verticals and enable the largest global deployment.
At Uniphore we are building the modern GenAI stack for the enterprise. That includes all required layers and capabilities: data; knowledge; agent model training, deployment and operationalization; and applications that act both as conduits for GenAI actions as well as sources of training data for our models.
Unlike mega-tech vendors who must deal with decades of legacy code, or young startups that have no Enterprise customer base, we believe we are positioned to capitalize on the GenAI moment better than any other software vendor.
As AI becomes more powerful, every part of the enterprise that impacts the customer will be disrupted. We believe the future will run on the connective tissue between people, machines, and data: all in the service of creating the most human processes and experiences for customers and employees.

As the VP, AI Platform & Foundational Services , you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of core infrastructure platforms that power the enterprise’s digital ecosystem. This role is pivotal in enabling scalable, secure, and high-performance foundational services—including compute, networking, storage, service mesh, observability, common shared services, internal developer platforms, and deployability into different cloud, hybrid, or customer environments.
You will collaborate across Engineering, Operations, InfoSec/Cyber Security, Architecture, and Business Units to define and drive the roadmap for enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions. Your leadership will ensure platform stability, development velocity, and continuous improvement aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Ownership: Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Enterprise Services API Platform, foundational infrastructure platforms, including cloud-native services, container orchestration, CI/CD platforms, and internal developer portals.
Platform Enablement: Partner with engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and self-service infrastructure products, accelerating software delivery across the enterprise. Drive discovery, prioritization, and execution of API platform features—from concept to launch and iteration.
Developer Experience: Champion excellent developer experience by partnering with developer relations and engineering to deliver great docs, tooling, onboarding, and support.
Stakeholder Management: Align platform capabilities with enterprise needs through close collaboration with engineering, security, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
Innovation & Modernization: Drive modernization initiatives including cloud migration, infrastructure as code (IaC), edge computing, service mesh, and zero-trust architecture.
Metrics & Governance: Define KPIs and SLAs for platform health, adoption, and performance. Ensure regulatory and security compliance in platform design.
Vendor & Budget Oversight: Own relationships with technology vendors and oversee budgets for foundational services and platform tooling.
