Job Description:
Your Role
Uniphore is looking for a Corp FP&A Manager to join the Finance team with a strong background in both business partnering and corporate FP&A. This is a highly visible role. The ideal candidate should have budget planning system experience (admin or superuser of Adaptive Planning, Workday Financials, or similar applications) with a solid accounting background to manage and model out financial statements (P&L, BS, and CF).
Your Responsibilities
Own and administer the Adaptive Planning environment
Maintain and update Adaptive Planning structures to reflect current management reporting and Workday actuals, including cost centers, chart of accounts, entities, and other dimensions
Assist and resolve technical issues for end users
Lead the forecast and budget rollup process in Adaptive Planning
Manage month-end Workday integration and forecast roll-forward
Manage input of Uniphore Quarterly and Monthly Management reporting and forecasting into Adaptive Planning Environment
Manage input of Uniphore annual budget into Adaptive Planning Environment
Your Qualifications:
Admin or superuser of Adaptive Planning, Workday Financials, or equivalent planning/ERP systems
Extensive experience resolving technical issues in planning/ERP platforms
System implementation/integration experience (Workday integrations, Adaptive Planning model builds)
Experienced with Workday and Salesforce or similar ERP/CRM systems
Accounting background with solid understanding of balance sheet and cash flow modeling
Good to have:
Consulting experience with Adaptive Planning or Workday practice
Exposure to Workday reporting tools
Experience with Adaptive Office Connect or similar reporting add-on
