About the role:
We are currently searching for a bright Staff AI Scientist role to report to our Director of AI Science. This is a tremendous opportunity to work with the best and the brightest in the industry on our world class technologies.
The ideal candidate will work on:
Develop next-generation Agentic AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications to help large enterprises achieve 10x productivity gains.
Focus on fine-tuning and human alignment of AI agents and RAG systems.
Building agentic platform with context and memory management, evaluation framework, trust and safety.
Actively contribute to AI research and development by applying, evaluating, and enhancing open-source algorithms while developing proprietary solutions to advance multi-modal model ecosystems.
Define guidelines and design annotation processes for data. Work closely with the Data team on preprocessing, consumption, and both automated and manual annotations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers and solutions engineering to identify and prioritize requirements, align design and development of products.
Manage the end-to-end project development, from research to production deployment.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a Master's degree including Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering or related fields.
8+ years of industry experience in AI, NLP, Vision and ASR for Masters
5+ years industry experience for Ph.D candidates.
Solid expertise in Python programming, in-depth knowledge of deep learning and expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow, hugging face libraries.
Hands-on experience in developing production-ready, scalable code.
Strong publication record in leading conferences, including ICLR, NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, EMNLP, and AAAI.
Prior Experience in pre-training (good to have), fine-tuning and reinforcement learning.
