You will:
- Read and interpret standard and complex customer agreements to ensure deal structures align with LiveRamp’s bookings policy and SaaS revenue model.
- Review deal structuring guidance provided by the Deal Desk team for new and existing customer opportunities.
- Partner with Deal Desk to provide guidance on bookings treatment, pricing structure, and revenue recognition considerations.
- Partner with customer-facing teams, including Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Business Development Managers, to ensure customer agreement structures are correctly reflected in Salesforce opportunities.
- Define, document, maintain, and help enforce sales policies and operational processes across divisions and geographies to support accurate bookings and consistent deal execution.
- Serve as a cross-functional liaison across Accounting, Billing, Sales, and Sales Operations for deal-related issue resolution post opportunity closure.
- Support end-of-quarter deal review and finalization processes to help ensure timely and accurate bookings.
- Manage a queue of RevOps tickets or cases, routing and resolving inquiries within SLA requirements.
- Build, maintain enablement resources that improve deal accuracy, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Help establish and implement best practices that improve operational excellence, sales data integrity, and adoption of cross-functional processes.
- Present updates and training on policy, process, and rule changes to internal stakeholders.
Your team will: This team partners closely with Deal Desk to structure complex deals accurately and efficiently. They drive consistency in how bookings policy and SaaS revenue principles are applied across opportunities, while improving operational rigor through scalable tools, clear documentation, and standardized processes. This team also supports high-quality forecasting, reporting, and pipeline visibility through clean CRM data and disciplined deal review practices.
About you:
- 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Finance Operations, Order Operations, or a related business operations function.
- Experience reviewing contracts, order forms, or legal agreements and translating commercial terms into operational or system requirements.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.com.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to evaluate complex deal structures and apply policy consistently.
- Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain policies and processes clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with Finance, Legal, Sales, Billing, and other operational teams.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet-based analysis and pricing or operational calculators.
- Ability to identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements that increase accuracy and efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce CRM alongside RevenueCloud (RCA) or comparable tools for quoting
- Experience supporting SaaS business models, recurring revenue motions, or subscription-based pricing structures.
- Familiarity with bookings policy, revenue recognition concepts, or quote-to-cash workflows.
- Experience creating documentation, training materials, or internal enablement resources.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
- Familiarity with cross-divisional or global sales processes.
