You will:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of AI and automation initiatives, from intake and scoping through launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization,with accountability for your team’s outcomes and ways of working.

  • Lead and develop a small AI and automation delivery team (e.g., project managers, business analysts, and/or configuration specialists), providing clear direction, coaching, and regular feedback to support performance and growth.

  • Translate ambiguous business problems into clear automation roadmaps, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes across service management, employee experience, and internal operations.

  • Run a structured discovery process with stakeholders to prioritize high-impact use cases, define requirements, and align on success metrics, SLAs, and value realization targets.

  • Build and manage detailed project plans, resource plans, and delivery milestones for multiple concurrent AI and automation projects in an agile environment, balancing capacity and priorities across your team.

  • Drive execution across cross-functional teams (BT, engineering, security, data, operations, business owners, vendors) to ensure on‑time, on‑budget, high-quality delivery; removing blockers and making trade‑off decisions on behalf of your team.

  • Establish and track delivery KPIs (e.g., sprint delivery, deflection rates, productivity gains, CSAT, adoption) and regularly report performance; using these insights to coach your team and refine the portfolio roadmap.

  • Implement and continuously refine delivery standards, playbooks, and governance for AI and automation, ensuring compliance with LiveRamp’s security, privacy, and risk requirements.

  • Manage vendor relationships and SOWs for AI and automation platforms and implementation partners, ensuring clear deliverables and accountability; aligning external partners with your team’s objectives and standards.

  • Champion structured change management, including communications, stakeholder readiness, documentation and training to drive strong adoption and behavior change.

  • Proactively identify delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers

  • Lead structured issue resolution and escalation to keep initiatives on track, including coaching team members on effective risk management and stakeholder communication.

  • Maintain a transparent intake and backlog process, ensuring stakeholders understand priorities, trade‑offs, and timelines for AI and automation delivery.

  • Document and socialize lessons learned, best practices, and reusable components to accelerate future delivery across the portfolio; and embed these into how your team operates.

  • Act as an escalation point for technical issues for the AI and Automation team; partnering with technical leads and managers to ensure timely resolution and clear communication.

Your team will:

  • Operate as an internal delivery “squad” focused on AI and automation, combining project management, business analysis, and light technical configuration or orchestration skills.

  • Maintain and evolve the AI and automation delivery backlog, ensuring that the highest-value, most feasible use cases are clearly defined, sized, and ready for execution.

  • Coordinate with platform and engineering teams to integrate automation solutions with LiveRamp’s core systems (e.g., ITSM, HR, collaboration tools, identity, and data platforms).

  • Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and support models for launched automations so that IT operations and business teams can own day‑to‑day use.

  • Monitor production automations and AI solutions, partnering with technical owners to address incidents, quality issues, and performance degradations.

  • Collect feedback from end users, support teams, and business owners to identify enhancement opportunities and inform the ongoing roadmap.

  • Support structured experimentation and pilots (e.g., new tooling, workflow automations, or chat interfaces), ensuring tests are safe, compliant, and measurable.

  • Embed delivery discipline and repeatable ways of working (standups, sprint reviews, retros, health checks) across the AI and automation portfolio; role‑modeling these practices and holding your team accountable to them.

  • Act as ambassadors for responsible AI and automation practices, reinforcing LiveRamp’s commitments to privacy, security, and data ethics in every initiative.


About you:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in technology delivery, program management, or consulting, with at least 3 years focused on automation, AI, or intelligent workflow solutions; including 1–3 years directly leading teams or complex cross‑functional programs.

  • Proven track record leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives from concept through launch, ideally within Corporate IT, Business Technology, or enterprise operations.

  • Demonstrated experience managing, coaching, and developing individual contributors (or matrixed delivery teams), including setting goals, providing feedback, and driving accountability for results.

  • Strong project and program management skills, including scope definition, planning, stakeholder management, and status reporting.

  • Experience delivering solutions using one or more automation or AI‑adjacent platforms (e.g., workflow/orchestration tools, low‑code platforms, ITSM automation, RPA, or AI copilots).

  • Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into structured requirements, user stories, and measurable success metrics.

  • Comfortable operating in an agile or hybrid delivery environment with multiple parallel workstreams and changing priorities.

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to align diverse stakeholders, run workshops, and communicate trade‑offs to senior leaders.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; able to interpret data, dashboards, and qualitative feedback to drive decisions and continuous improvement.

  • Familiarity with information security, privacy, and risk considerations relevant to AI and automation in an enterprise environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience delivering AI‑enabled solutions such as large‑language‑model–based copilots, virtual agents, or knowledge assistants in a corporate setting.

  • Exposure to or certification in AI/ML, data analytics, or responsible AI frameworks.

  • Prior experience in a SaaS, data, or high‑growth technology company.

  • Familiarity with iPaaS tools like Workato, Okta Workflows, and Zapier.

  • Deep experience of cross-department AI development, including working with MCP servers, APIs and agentic frameworks.

  • Understanding of data pipelines (e.g., BigQuery).

  • Cloud infrastructure knowledge such as GCP or AWS.

  • Experience contributing to or leading people processes (e.g., hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, or career development conversations) for a technical or Business Technology team is a plus.
