The Lead Talent Acquisition Partner – Technical is a senior individual contributor responsible for owning recruiting strategy and delivery for Engineering and Product organizations. This role serves as the primary talent advisor to engineering and product leadership, aligning hiring strategy, workforce planning, and recruiting execution with the company’s technical roadmap and growth objectives.
This position applies deep recruiting expertise to resolve complex hiring challenges, establish hiring priorities, and lead cross-functional recruiting initiatives that impact technical hiring outcomes across the organization.
This role operates as the lead individual contributor for technical recruiting within the Talent Acquisition team and serves as the primary partner to Engineering and Product leadership on talent strategy. The role influences hiring outcomes through strategic partnership with senior leaders, leadership of recruiting initiatives, and coordination of recruiting resources supporting technical hiring.
You will:
Technical Recruiting Strategy & Execution
● Own recruiting strategy and execution for Engineering and Product roles from sourcing through offer negotiation.
● Develop and lead targeted sourcing and recruiting strategies for specialized technical talent markets.
● Partner with hiring managers and technical leaders to define candidate profiles, interview processes, and evaluation criteria.
● Provide insights on talent market conditions, candidate availability, and competitive hiring practices.
● Lead hiring efforts for critical and senior technical roles while ensuring strong hiring outcomes and candidate experience.
● Use market insights and hiring data to guide recruiting strategy and inform technical hiring decisions.
Stakeholder Partnership
● Serve as the primary talent advisor to engineering and product leaders on hiring strategy, organizational planning, and recruiting best practices.
● Lead the workforce planning cadence for the Engineering & Product organizations in partnership with leadership and Finance.
● Translate technical hiring plans into recruiting priorities and execution strategies.
● Track hiring progress against approved headcount plans and identify hiring risks.
● Provide hiring insights related to pipeline health, candidate availability, and hiring velocity.
● Align hiring timelines with organizational priorities and technical roadmap needs.
● Identify hiring risks and proactively recommend adjustments to recruiting strategies.
Recruiting Process Improvement
● Lead initiatives that improve recruiting workflows and technical hiring outcomes.
● Implement improvements to sourcing strategies, interview processes, and hiring operations that enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
● Use recruiting data and insights to inform hiring strategies and stakeholder decisions.
● Partner with Talent Operations to ensure recruiting systems and processes support technical hiring needs.
Mentorship & Team Collaboration
● Serve as a subject matter expert for technical recruiting within the Talent Acquisition team.
● Provide mentorship and guidance to recruiters supporting technical hiring.
● Coordinate recruiting resources supporting Engineering and Product hiring, including contract recruiters as needed.
● Partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR Business Partners, Compensation, and Talent Operations to support hiring goals.
● Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders navigating complex or sensitive hiring decisions.

● Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and advise technical leadership.
● Deep understanding of technical talent markets and sourcing strategies.

● Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
