Why We Need You

We’re looking for a seasoned Principal Product Manager who can lead one of the most important bets for the company.

In this role, you will:

Lead this initiative end-to-end, including setting strategy and KPIs
Drive product decisions and deliver high impact
Get hands-on with detailed, nuanced product choices
Understand and shape the larger path ahead with a clear, long-term strategy
Collaborate cross-functionally to land a great outcome for the business

What You'll Do

Scope

Lead a major product at Findem, including setting long-term strategy
Make the business case for further investment in your product area

Insights

Own the company’s thesis for your market segment
Define and refine target buyers and customer personas
Identify and deeply understand their most important needs

Product Craft

Bring robust, first-principle, out-of-the-box thinking to our problem space
Use both quantitative and qualitative data to drive your conclusions and decisions

Crafted Execution

Work closely with engineering to focus efforts on the most impactful innovations
Own prioritization and roadmap for your product area
Unblock major issues and ensure delivery of key product milestones

Communication

Work cross-functionally with marketing, GMs, support, and other stakeholders
Drive alignment towards the right goals and outcomes

Your Experience

7+ years as a Product Manager, ideally with startup experience
Experience building products that automate or enhance workflows using Agentic and Conversational AI
Experience with both 0→1 and 1→10 product building
Experience with B2B PLG products and B2B SaaS, especially for multi-step workflows
Ability to drive short-term execution while building towards (and testing) a long-term vision

Compensation Range:

Overall range: $190,000 - $210,000 per year
Tier One Markets (SF, NYC, Seattle): $200,000 - $210,000 per year
All Other Remote US: $190,000 - $210,000 per year

Our compensation range reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic markets. The exact amount offered will depend on your skills, experience, and work location.
