About the role :
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the Growth team by ensuring seamless coordination between Sales and internal stakeholders, including Operations, Risk, Legal, Finance, and Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales MIS, trackers, and dashboards for pipeline, live deals, onboarding, approvals, disbursements, collections, and closures.
- Maintain and update a central tracker for all live transactions.
- Support the sales team with documentation, onboarding, contract coordination, and vendor registration.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely approvals and smooth transaction execution.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, ageing reports, pending action trackers, and transaction status updates.
Eligibility
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales/ Operations, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and reporting.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
