We are seeking a highly analytical and entrepreneurial professional to help shape and execute our growth strategy as we prepare for commercial launch and expand strategic partnerships. This individual will work cross-functionally across leadership, clinical, commercial, and R$D teams to drive key initiatives spanning market development, strategic finance, investor engagement, and inorganic growth.

This is a high-visibility role designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity, operates with ownership, and enjoys working across both strategic and operational domains.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on a corporate strategy by conducting market sizing, segmentation, and competitor analysis
  • Build go to market plans that prioritize target regions, customer segments, and service lines. Develop competitive intelligence and positioning frameworks
  • Identify and evaluate and execute inorganic growth opportunities (M&A, partnerships, licensing). Lead diligence efforts- analyzing market data and financial projections- and recommend integration or partnership plans.
  • Build and maintain dynamic financial models, including revenue forecasting and scenario planning to inform decision making.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning with the CFO/ Finance team.
  • Support VP of Sales to define and size sales territories by mapping produce volumes and regional reimbursement trends to prioritize high-yielding Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) penetrations
  • Integrate HubSpot sales activity with external procedural and adjudicated claims data to track real-time market share and sales velocity.
  • Support CFO on complex financial models that project revenue run rates by balancing capital equipment placements with recurring consumable sales to ensure territory-level profitability
  • Refine pricing and commercialization models that leverage payor-specific benchmarks and site-of-service shifts to maximize procedural margins of hospital partners.
  • Prepare board materials, investor updates, and strategic presentations
  • Support fundraising efforts, including data room development and investor diligence
  • Translate complex analyses into clear narratives for internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as a central hub across teams, tracking key initiatives and driving accountability
  • Support product development and commercialization efforts across lifecycle stages
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy, ideally with healthcare or MedTech exposure
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Experience with transaction execution and diligence processes
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments

Preferred:

  • Experience in MedTech, life sciences, or healthcare investing
  • Exposure to commercialization strategy or product launches
  • Familiarity with physician engagement and clinical landscapes
