We partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Renewals, Support, Channel and Product to ensure every customer has a seamless post-sales experience that drives long-term retention and growth.

As Senior Director of Professional Services Delivery for the AMERs, you will lead Cohesity's unified Professional Services delivery organization across the Americas region, unifying and transforming the team into a single, scaled, and consistent operating model. Reporting to the Vice President, Global Professional Services, this role is responsible for the regional delivery P&L, the customer experience across every AMERs engagement, and the development of the talent and operating discipline required to scale the business. You will also support the drive the GTM motion of Professional Services in the region.

This is a senior leadership role for an experienced delivery executive who thrives in transformation environments, builds high-performing teams, and is passionate about delivering customer outcomes that drive adoption, retention, and growth.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:

  • You will lead the unified AMERs Service Delivery organization, bringing together different heritage teams under a single leadership structure focused on consistency, scale, and customer outcomes.
  • You will own the AMERs regional P&L - driving revenue, margin, utilization, and attach across the portfolio of services delivered in the region.
  • You will partner closely with AMERs Sales, Customer Success, and Channel leadership to align on services attach, scope discipline, and joint customer outcomes.
  • You will drive delivery excellence and project governance across the region — RAG cadence, scope and margin discipline, escalation management, and consistent customer experience on every engagement.
  • You will develop, retain, and recruit senior delivery leaders, Residency Engineers, Solution Architects, Consultants, and Project Managers to build a world-class regional team.
  • You will own the executive customer relationships for our most strategic AMERs accounts, acting as a senior trusted advisor and the accountable Cohesity leader on the highest-stakes engagements.
  • You will use operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities — and partner with global PS leadership to bring AMERs insight into the broader strategy.

WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • 10+ years of experience leading Professional Services or Customer Delivery organizations at scale in enterprise software, cloud, or data security companies.
  • Proven experience managing a regional or multi-region P&L — including utilization, margin, attach rate, and capacity planning.
  • Track record of building, consolidating, or scaling delivery teams through periods of rapid growth, post-merger integration, or operating-model transformation.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise customer lifecycles — implementation, adoption, optimization, and renewal — and how Professional Services drives outcomes at each stage.
  • Strong track record partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Renewals, Customer Success, Support, Channel and Product to drive customer outcomes and expansion.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence, with experience engaging C-level customers and acting as the senior Cohesity face on strategic accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop senior leaders and build leadership depth across a regional organization.
  • Comfort leading through ambiguity, influencing change across a matrix, and driving outcomes in a high-growth environment.

WE ARE EXTRA EXCITED IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Experience with Cohesity, Veritas/NetBackup, or comparable data protection and cyber-resilience platforms.
  • Proven experience leading hybrid Professional Services delivery models, including both full-time employees and contractor or partner-based resources, with strong governance, quality control, and cost management.
  • Experience scaling AMERs delivery in a post-merger or post-acquisition integration context — consolidating teams, harmonizing operating models, and protecting customer experience through change.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision-making.
  • Ability to travel as needed across the Americas region.
