The sales team at Cohesity is on a mission to help organizations around the world find limitless value from their data. We are looking to expand our team of sellers who are passionate about bringing endless value to their customers by simplifying the world of data management. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Alliances Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be accountable for developing a strategy, as well as the creation and execution of a business plan for the area focused on increasing Cohesity software-only revenue. This plan will require cross-organization alignment and will be reviewed by Cohesity executives.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:

  • Coordinate and synchronize efforts with all Alliance resources
  • Work with internal resources to establish support for go-to-market program elements and marketing plans
  • Train and enable sales and marketing teams, and Cohesity resellers about the integrated offering from Cohesity and HPE
  • Drive pipeline and achieve bookings targets through campaigns and sales plays
  • Facilitate and handle the Partner and Cohesity field engagement during sales pursuits
  • Collaborate with the Cohesity Channel Team to develop and deliver GTM initiatives
  • Conduct sales development and education for internal and Alliance Partner audiences
  • Enable partners on joint solution portfolios in coordination with Cohesity and Alliance Partner Channel teams
  • Provide assistance to sales and partners during sales campaigns
  • Build, share, and maintain reporting metrics for sales, pipeline, and leads


WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Proven track record of driving joint GTM and field motions
  • Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to analyze business strategies from various perspectives
  • Current on industry trends and new technologies
  • Must be a recognized evangelist
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and goal-oriented setting


WE ARE EXTRA EXCITED IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Experience supporting an OEM relationship.

Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
