Want to join the leader in AI-powered data security?

The Sales Enablement team builds and delivers high-quality enablement experiences (webinars, learning plans, certifications, and field-ready assets) and partners with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the field receives the right materials at the right time.
As a Sales Enablement Intern Data Analytics, you will help the Enablement organization measure adoption and effectiveness of enablement programs, improve reporting clarity, and turn enablement activity data into insights that guide program decisions (e.g., what’s working, what needs improvement, and where teams may need additional support).

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:

  • Enablement measurement & impact analysis: Analyze enablement program data (e.g., learning plan completion, certification/test performance, participation) and summarize trends to support program decisions.

  • Dashboards & reporting: Support dashboard development and enhancement for Enablement reporting, including cohort-based views that help leaders understand outcomes tied to enablement engagement (e.g., productivity/performance measures by enablement completion criteria).

  • Certification & proficiency analytics: Contribute analysis that connects certification activity and scores to business outcomes—helping Enablement and Sales Leadership identify where additional coaching tools or assessments may be needed.

  • Program operations insights: Build recurring, easy-to-consume reporting that supports enablement cadence planning (e.g., monthly enablement rhythm, learning/certification milestones).

  • Data quality & definitions: Help document metric definitions and data assumptions so reporting is consistent and trusted across stakeholders.

  • Stakeholder-ready storytelling: Convert analyses into clear narratives and visuals that are actionable for Enablement leaders and partners (Product, Marketing, Ops).

Example Projects (What you might work on)

  • Improve the usability of the seller time-to-productivity reporting experience and create short, stakeholder-ready insights (e.g., how enablement completion criteria changes the view of cohort performance).

  • Build an analytics approach to map certification scores to outcomes and identify where additional coaching content/tools would be most impactful.

  • Create a lightweight scorecard or reporting layer that supports quarterly enablement objectives and measures progress against key results (e.g., completion/adoption metrics).

WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field AND graduating no earlier than Dec 2026

  • Experience and comfort working with large datasets

  • Ability to build clear, accurate reporting and communicate insights to non-technical audiences

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to document assumptions/definitions to improve trust in metrics

WE ARE EXTRA EXCITED IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Experience with Tableau, Snowflake and/or dashboarding/reporting workflows

  • Familiarity with enablement measurement concepts such as learning plan completion, assessments, proficiency frameworks, and adoption tracking

  • Interest in how sales teams learn and improve performance through structured enablement programs and certifications

What Success Looks Like

  • Stakeholders have clear, consistent visibility into enablement adoption and outcomes through improved reporting and definitions

  • Enablement leaders can use your insights to focus coaching/tools where they matter most (based on measurable evidence, not guesswork)

  • Reporting enables program iteration (what to scale, what to refine, what to stop) using data-backed signals

Pay is based on degree level and location- $32-$34/hr
