We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team in Miami, FL. The CNA will provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of a licensed nurse. This role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Maintain accurate patient documentation in compliance with facility policies
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
Assist with meal setup and feeding when necessary
Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
Follow infection control and safety protocols
Support nursing staff with additional clinical and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

Active Florida CNA certification in good standing
High school diploma or equivalent
Current CPR/BLS certification
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift and move patients safely
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation center, or home health setting
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
