The role combines hands-on commercial work with strategic leadership. You will act as a trusted advisor across the organization, partnering closely with executive leadership, Sales, Product, R&D, Finance, Marketing, and HR to balance legal risk with business objectives. We are looking for a proactive, highly autonomous lawyer who thrives in dynamic environments and takes true ownership.

- Product & Engineering Counseling: Partner with Product and R&D teams on feature development, intellectual property, AI-related matters, and emerging regulatory considerations.
- Outside Counsel Management: Serve as the primary point of contact and quarterback for the company’s global network of outside counsel, coordinating specialized legal support across employment, intellectual property, privacy, GDPR, CCPA, DPA, tax, corporate, regulatory, litigation, and other jurisdiction-specific matters.
- Legal Infrastructure: Build, improve, and scale internal legal processes, templates, playbooks, and compliance policies to support rapid organizational growth.
- Corporate & Employment: Support corporate legal matters and provide guidance on employment-related documentation and issues.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify legal risks across all departments and develop practical, solution-oriented mitigation strategies aligned with business goals.
Who You Are
- Education & Credentials: LL.B. or equivalent law degree from a top-tier university, with active bar admission in Israel, the U.S., or the EU.
- Experience: 5+ years of post-qualification experience, combining time at a leading law firm and/or as an in-house counsel within a technology company.
- SaaS Domain Expertise: Proven experience in SaaS software environments, with a strong track record of negotiating complex technology commercial agreements and DPAs.
- Global Exposure: Significant experience working with international customers, partners, and legal/regulatory frameworks.
- Mindset & Execution: Strong business judgment with an ability to provide practical, solution-oriented advice. Highly independent, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a startup environment.
- Communication: Native-level English and Hebrew proficiency with outstanding written and verbal communication skills (additional languages a plus).
