Field sales powers the economy — but most teams are struggling. Reps are buried in admin work, managers are stretched thin, and leaders can’t see what’s really happening in the field.

Siro is redefining how field sales teams learn, perform, and win.

We started as an AI-powered coaching platform that helped reps improve their outcomes in the field.

Today, we’re something much bigger — an intelligent companion that automates sales reps’ tedious admin work, gives managers real-time visibility, and helps executives see around corners.

Our platform integrates with systems like Salesforce, analyzing thousands of in-person sales conversations to surface insights, automate workflows, and drive better outcomes across the org. Think Iron Man’s Jarvis for sales — proactive, personalized, and built directly into the tools teams already use.

Siro has raised $75M and is backed by world-class investors like Index, Fika, CRV, and SignalFire. We are trusted by leading home-improvement, retail, hospitality, and automotive brands, and powered by a lean team from Meta, McKinsey, Doordash, and Uber.

We’re building the future of human-AI collaboration in sales — and we’re just getting started.

The role

You are the single, trusted owner of every event we run, from conferences to executive dinners. You set the strategy, build the machine, and deliver flawlessly.

Why this role matters

Events are one of our biggest drivers of pipeline and retention. When an event lands, pipeline grows, deals move, and customers stay. This is a high-trust, high-visibility seat situated between sales, marketing, and leadership.

This is not a role for someone who executes one event well and waits for the next brief. We need an operator who can hold the entire function, run it like a project manager who never drops a thread, and be the clear point of contact every other team can trust.

What you'll own

  • The program and calendar. Own the events strategy end-to-end — conferences, trade shows, field events, executive dinners, partner activations, and virtual webinars — with a clear point of view on what actually drives awareness, pipeline, and retention. You decide what we do and (just as importantly) what we don't.

  • Operations and budget. Own the budget, the plan, the vendors, the logistics, the promotion, and the staffing. You’ll direct a roster of contractors and agencies.

  • Flawless execution. Bring every event to life under pressure without letting quality slip. The day-of is the easy part for you because the hundreds of details before it were already handled.

  • The customer experience. Own every touchpoint from first invite to post-event follow-up. Each one should feel intentional, premium, and hospitable — hospitality is the center of how you think.

  • Systems that compound. Build the operational infrastructure from scratch: playbooks, timelines, vendor rosters, run-of-show templates, and post-event reviews that make every future event easier and better.

  • Cross-functional ownership. Partner with sales, demand gen, marketing, and leadership so every event drives a real business outcome. You're the clear owner who keeps everyone aligned and informed.

  • Measurement. Define success metrics before every event, track ROI and engagement, and feed insights into the next one systematically. Treat events-generated pipeline as your scoreboard, and bring an "OTIF" (on-time, in-full) discipline to delivery.

  • The brand. Make every event feel unmistakably Siro.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years in event management, including owning a full events function.

  • B2B field marketing or SaaS experience where events tie directly to pipeline and revenue.

  • Elite project management and communication — you thrive under pressure, love a tight timeline, and work cleanly with sales, execs, vendors, and partners without hand-holding.

  • Ability to direct contractors and agencies as a force multiplier — you scale yourself through others.

  • A portfolio of events you designed that people still talk about — proof of both creative ambition and operational precision.

  • A results mindset: you define what success looks like, measure what matters, and turn events into pipeline.

  • Exceptional attention to detail with hospitality at the center of your thinking — you sweat the small stuff and design the whole experience.

  • Willingness to travel for key events (~30%, depending on calendar).

Why join Siro

  • Events are a major driver of our pipeline and retention — you'll have an outsized role in the growth of the business.

  • A fast-moving, high-trust environment that's eager to experiment and get creative.

  • Real growth opportunity: build the function, prove the model, and grow the team around your success.
